First Presbyterian Church: External Request for Use of Space
SPACE REQUEST PROCEDURE

1. Group Representative must sign and submit a Waiver of Responsibility and Liability. Any damage beyond normal wear will be repaired at the Group's expense.
2. For Groups over 50 members, there is a minimum $200 custodial fee. Depending on the nature, size, and timing of the event, an additional compensatory custodial fee may be charged.
3. If childcare is provided, it must follow the prevention, training, screening and educational requirements of the First Presbyterian Church Sexual Misconduct Policy.
4. Alcoholic beverages may not be served or consumed on church property. Group agrees to not smoke on campus.
5. Group agrees to not open windows.
6. Group agrees to turn off lights and take trash to dumpster.
7. Special requests may be approved by Pastor in consultation with Property Ministry Team.
8. If parking meters are necessary for bus loading and unloading, there is a daily fee charged by the City.
9. Beyond the custodial fee for larger groups, the church does not charge for use of space. The church asks that the Group consider a donation to the church to further enable the ministry of hosting space.
